Police Arrest Rhode Island Man in Ozark Wanted for Sex Crimes Against a Child

Updated: 12:31 PM - Ozark Police arrested 34 year old Bruce Lee Kenyon of Pawtucket, RI on Friday, July 25th. The fugitive was wanted for five counts of sex crimes against a child. Police were contacted by Rhode Island law enforcement authorities that Kenyon could possibly be in the Ozark area. Information was developed that he could be in a local motel room.

Dale County Sees Reduction in Burglaries and Robberies According to the Alabama Criminal Justice Information Center Report

Posted: 07/25/2014 - The Alabama Criminal Justice Information Center released a report on Friday stating that statewide crime decreased by four percent from 2012 to 2013. In the supplemental report the center released, Ozark Police Department reported an 8% decrease in burglaries from 2012 to 2013, and a 19% reduction in robberies.
