JACKSON COUNTY, Fla. (WTVY) — [UPDATE: 10/9/2017 at 12:35:35 PM]
On Friday, October 6th the Sheriff's Office responded to a reported shooting on Robinson Road in the Northeast part of Jackson County. Upon deputies arrival they discovered two deceased persons and a child who was still breathing but suffered life threatening injuries. The child was taken by helicopter to a hospital, but passed away Saturday from the injuries sustained.
Our preliminary investigation reveals the gunshots to the two children wer at the hands of the mother and the mother's was self inflicted.
The deceased are:
Gustavo-Angel Ramirez-Sanchez, Age 5
Ronaldinio Ramirez-Sanchez, Age 7
Esbeibi Sanchez, Age 25
The Sheriff's Office was assisted with the investigation by the State Attorney's Office, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the Medical Examiner's Office.
On Friday, October 6th, the Sheriff's Office responded to a shooting in the northeast part of the county on Robinson Road. We can confirm 2 people are deceased and another person was transported to the hospital. Investigators from Jackson County Sheriffs Office, the State Attorney's Office, Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the Medical Examiner's Office are investigating the incident.
