Two arrested for making terror threats against government agencies

Dothan (WTVY)-- Two people are jailed for making threats against government agencies.

Timothy Keith Williams, 19, is accused of threatening to detonate an explosive device at the Houston County Courthouse. He allegedly called a judge’s office Tuesday and left a voicemail.

Court employees were evacuated while deputies and canines searched the building. They returned to work after nothing was found.
Williams, arrested in Mobile, was brought to the Houston County Jail early Friday.

In an unrelated case, Randy Ray Phillips of Dothan is accused of threatening the Department of Human Resources.

The exact nature of the threat or when it occurred isn’t immediately available since a copy of the arrest warrant wasn’t immediately available.
