One dead and another injured in a tractor-trailer wreck

WALTON COUNTY, Fl. (WTVY) -- An Orlando man is dead with another critically injured after a tractor trailer crashed on I-10, Saturday morning.
According to Florida Highway Patrol, around 10:30 Saturday morning, a tractor-trailer was heading east on I-10 around the 94 mile marker in Walton County. The tractor-trailer drifted off the road and traveled into the center wooded median. Drifting into the wooded median, the tractor-trailer collided with several trees and became engulfed in flames.
The driver received serious injuries and was unresponsive when county EMS arrived. 45 year old, Carleton Ziegler was transported to Bay Medical Center via a ShandsCAir helicopter. After the trucking company learned of the crash they informed the FHP Tallahassee Regional Communication Center that there was also a passenger in the truck.
After sifting through the wreckage and debris around 5:00 that night the passenger, 37 year old, Obenson Etienne, was found under the truck’s cab and spilled load. The passenger was pronounced dead at the scene.
