New Elba City Schools superintendent starts Wednesday

ELBA, Al. (WTVY) Elba High School principal Chris Moseley takes over as Elba City Schools superintendent on Wednesday.

Moseley has been the high school principal for three years.

He will continue to work as principal for part of the day until a new one is named.

He says continuing to grow the career tech program is first on his agenda.

Moseley says, "I look forward to getting to know the teachers and students at the elementary school, I know just about everything about the high school, looking forward to working with the people I don’t see all the time."

Interviewing candidates for a new Elba High principal will start on Wednesday.

A new one should be named before Thanksgiving.
