(WTVY) -- Yesterday, The NBC Sports Group announced some plans for TV coverage of the 2018 Winter Olympics, and it's exciting news for the biggest fans of the games.
Three cable/satellite networks, NBC Sports Network (NBCSN), CNBC, and USA Network will air more than 450 hours, that's nearly 19 days worth, of coverage of the games.
NBC Sports Network plans to air 10 days of wall-to-wall 24 hour coverage of the games, which get underway in February of 2018.
The cable network will also air primetime live coverage for the first time.
Cable network CNBC will move from business coverage to curling and hockey coverage during the next Olympics, with over 46 hours planned.
USA will also air another 40 hours of those sports.
