DOTHAN, Ala. (WTVY) — It appears the Kharon Davis murder trial won't be completed this week after snags developed Tuesday.
Kharon Davis is accused of shooting a man to death in 2007.
Among them were allegations that jury pool members were talking to families of the victim and or defendant in the courthouse hallway.
Security footage was reviewed by Houston County Judge Kevin Moulton who saw no evidence.
Moulton also rejected a motion pick a new jury.
Defense attorneys argue the racial makeup---only one is black---is unfair to Davis.
He's accused of shooting Pete Reaves to death in 2007.
Davis' trial was delayed several times sparking criticism from the NAACP and others.
