PARIS, Farnce (Reuters / CBS Newspath) -- Mini golfing enthusiasts can now put their putting skills to the test from a very unique course: the first floor of the Eiffel Tower. At nearly 190 feet high, players are treated to a tour of Paris, hitting balls through replicas of iconic monuments including the Arc de Triomphe and the Louvre Museum.

The temporary course was installed as France counts down to hosting the Ryder Cup tournament in 2018.

Le Golf National course, the established home of the French Open near Versailles, will host the tournament between September 28 and September 30 2018.
