GENEVA CO. -- (WTVY) Geneva County voters will find a proposed Constitutional Amendment on their ballots when they go to the polls to elect a U.S. Senator.
There's a item on the ballot calling for a vote to increase the age for a Probate Judge candidate to qualify for election.
The measure would extend the maximum age for qualifying to run for probate judge in Geneva County from 70 to 75.
If approved, the measure would allow current Probate Judge Fred Hamic to seek another term in office.
Henry County voters approved an identical amendment in November of 2016.
