Ft. Rucker-Wiregrass AUSA chapter celebrates 60th anniversary

DALEVILLE, Ala. (WTVY) — Members of the Ft Rucker-Wiregrass chapter of the United States Army marked their 60th anniversary today with a luncheon in Daleville.

The local chapter of AUSA is made up of more than 1,000 business owners and employees, civic leaders and government officials.

The chapter supports Fort Rucker soldiers and their families as well as army reserve, national guard and army recruiting units throughout the Wiregrass area.

Ft. Rucker provides more than 23,000 jobs in southeast Alabama with an annual economic impact of more $1.5 billion.
