PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. (WJHG) - The fall season brings visitors to the Panhandle for all kinds of reasons like the Emerald Coast Cruzin' classic cars and hot rods show held at Aaron Bessant Park.
The event kicked off Wednesday with a block party at Margaritaville.
The show continues at Aaron Bessant Park starting at 10 a.m. each day through Saturday. Crowds from all over the country come to this event showcasing classic cars and the Emerald Coast.
"I got a text two days ago from my friends in Kansas City saying, 'Hey, you need to come down and check out Panama [City] Beach because there's a big cruise.' I knew nothing of [it], I just recently moved here and I reside in Navarre so this is where it brought me," said first-time attendee Brian Locker.
In addition to hundreds of classic cars on display, there will also be live bands, swap meets, a parade and Erik Estrada from the popular 70s TV show "CHiPs" is set to appear Thursday.
