Eagle Eye Outfitters taking donations for the homeless

DOTHAN, Al. (WTVY) Eagle Eye Outfitters is working to make sure everyone stays warm this winter.

The sports and outdoors store is collecting jeans, jackets, and sleeping bags.

The items will be donated to local nonprofits to give to the homeless.

Clara Warren works at Eagle Eye. She says,
"Yeah, it is going to go to people who really need them. It’s a humbling experience, rewarding, humbling and rewarding."

Their goal this year is 2,000 items.

Items can be dropped off at Eagle Eye until October, 21st.
