Driver extracted from car under Geneva County school bus

GENEVA COUNTY, Ala. (WTVY) — The driver of a car was seriously injured Thursday morning, when his car crashed into the back of a Geneva County school bus.

Alabama state troopers say none of the students on the bus were injured.

The 16-year-old driver of the car had to be extracted from the car.
He was air-lifted to a Dothan hospital. No name has been released. His condition remains unknown.

The crash happened on Geneva County Road-45 North of Hartford.
State Troopers and Geneva County Deputies continue to investigate.
