DOTHAN, Ala. (AL.com) — Additional sex charges have been added to those against a former Dothan school resource officer who was jailed in December for having engaging in a sex act with a student under the age of 19, according to Dothan police.

Adrian Alexander Folmar was charged with school employee sexual contact with a student under the age of 19, police said in a statement.

The warrant for Folmar's arrest on the new charge was obtained Tuesday, police said.

Folmar was first arrested in December when police learned he was having an inappropriate relationship with a 17-year-old student, police said. He was arrested and released on a $60,000 bond.

Police have since identified a 14-year-old student as an additional victim.

Folmar was jailed on the new charged with bail set at $15,000.
