Early County family of 7 lose everything in house fire

BLAKELY, Ga. (WTVY) - For the Allen family of Blakely, this is not the first time they've had to start over.

Both times a fire has left them with nothing but each other.
Latisha Allen says “even though I lost everything but if my kids would have been in there for you to know you could have lost them I don't know I don't know."

The fire broke out when the family was uptown on New Year’s Day.

Now the family is trying to cope. Latisha Allen says she needs the community’s help she and her husband and 5 children don't a place to call home.

Overall though the family feels blessed there are all ok.

Investigators still don't know what caused the fire.
