Tropical Storm Boris Weakens to Tropical Depression

It was the second named storm of the 2014 Eastern Pacific Hurricane season, but Boris was only a Tropical Storm briefly.

As of early Wednesday, Boris had weakened to a Tropical Depression, with sustained winds of 35 miles per hour.

The storm is expected to soak parts of Southern Mexico, even though it will likely lose tropical characteristics later today.
