The National Hurricane Center said early Saturday that the warning covers all of the Keys, Florida Bay, and the west coast of Florida from Bonita Beach southward.

The center says a hurricane watch is in effect for the Florida East Coast from Golden Beach southward.

A tropical storm warning was in effect for Florida's East Coast, from Jupiter Inlet southward. There was a tropical storm watch issued for the east coach north of Jupiter Inlet to Sebastian Inlet.

Tropical storm conditions are expected to reach south Florida and the Florida Keys on Sunday, with hurricane conditions possible over the Keys, Florida Bay and the southernmost Florida peninsula by Sunday night.
