The latest Tropical Depression in the Atlantic Ocean could take a similar path to Ernesto, some forecasters project.
Tropical Depression Seven is quickly moving Westward across parts of the Atlantic Ocean this morning. The storm has sustained winds of 35 miles per hour as it speeds to the west at 20 miles per hour.
Forecasters with the National Hurricane center say that “interests in the Windward Islands should monitor the progress of this system. Tropical Storm Watches could be required on Friday morning.”
It could become a Tropical Storm later today. If it does become one, it will be named Gordon.
