Posted: 02/08/2010 - Moderate to heavily falling snow is still impacting a decent-sized swath of the southern Plains into the Mississippi Valley, spanning Wichita, Kansas City and St. Louis. Winds will be picking up through tonight, creating some blowing and drifting of snow. Travel will be slow to dangerous along I-35, I-44 and I-70 as well as other highways and secondary roads across this zone.
