A Wave Of Low Pressure Over The Middle Missouri Valley Will Move Northeastward To The Great Lakes Then Eastward Off The Northeast Coast By Tuesday.

Rain Will Develop Over Middle Mississippi Valley/Western Ohio Valley Into Parts Of The Lower Mississippi Valley That Will Move Into The Great Lakes/Ohio Valley By Tuesday. Snow Will Develop Over The Great Lakes And Move Into The Northeast/Southeastern Canada By Tuesday Morning. Between The Rain And Snow A Band Of Rain/Freezing Rain Will Develop Over Parts Of The Upper Midwest Moving Into The Mid-Atlantic And The Northeast On Monday.

A Second Wave Of Low Pressure Will Develop Over The Northern High Plains/Central Rockies That Will Move In A Nonlinear Path Eastward To The Upper Mississippi Valley By Tuesday. Snow Over The Central Rockies Will Move Eastward And Expand Over Parts Of The Upper Mississippi Valley/Central Plains By Monday Evening ... Then Into The Upper Mississippi Valley/Upper Great Lakes By Tuesday Morning.

Eastward ... Snow Will Develop Over The Great Basin/Central Rockies That Will Continue Over Parts Of The Great Basin/Central
Rockies And Expand Into Parts Of The Higher Elevations Of The
Southwest On Monday. Rain Will Also Develop Over Parts Of The Lower Elevations Over The Southwest Through Monday Night. The
Snow Associated With This System Will Wane Over The Region Over
Night Monday.

In Addition ... Showers And Thunderstorms Will Develop Over The Western Gulf Coast On Sunday Evening And Expand Into Parts Of The Lower Mississippi Valley On Monday.
