US Short Range Weather thru Nov 26

***A Cold Weekend For The Eastern U.S.***
***Another Cold Front To Affect The Northern Plains***
***More Rain And Snow For The Northern Rockies***

After A Few Days Of Relatively Warm Weather Over The Eastern U.S.,
Temperatures Will Be Below Normal This Weekend In The Wake Of A
Strong Cold Front. Highs Are Forecast To Be In The 20s And 30s
Over The Northern-Tier States, And Into The 40s Over Much Of The
Mid-Atlantic States, Along With A Chilly Breeze. As A Low
Pressure System Intensifies Over Ontario And Quebec, Periods Of
Snow Showers Are Likely For Parts Of New England And Into The
Upper Great Lakes, And Some Of This Will Be Lake-Effect Snow.

Moisture From A Pacific Low Pressure System Has Spread Into The
Northwestern Corner Of The Country. As The Cold Front From This
System Moves Onshore And Weakens, The Heaviest Rain And Mountain Snow Are Expected Over Western Washington And Western Oregon Through Saturday. By Sunday, The Bulk Of The Moisture Should Be Moving Across The Northern Inter-Mountain West And Into The Northern Rockies Where Snow Is Expected To Fall Over The Higher Elevations.

Over The Northern High Plains, A Brief Warm Up On Saturday Will Be
Quickly Followed By Another Surge Of Cold Air From Western Canada.
The Lack Of Moisture Means That Only The Upper Mid-West And The
Great Lakes Will Receive Snow Showers From Late Saturday Into
Sunday Ahead Of A Frontal System.

Elsewhere Across The Country, Relatively Quiet Weather Conditions Are Forecast For The Next Few Days.
