A Frontal System Originating In From Canada Is Currently Moving Eastward...Which Will Reinforce Already Very Cold And Record Breaking Temperatures.

Along With The Cold...Light Snow And Snow Showers Are Expected. Snow Has Already Begun To Fall Especially Around The Great Lakes And Will Continue To Spread Into The Ohio Valley By Early Friday Morning.

By Early Saturday Morning...This System Will Dissipate As A Surface High Builds Back Into The Region.

A Frontal System Currently In The Lower Mississippi Valley Will Begin To Move Northeast Throughout Friday And Bring Rain Along With Wintry Precipitation.

In Fact...Winter Weather Advisories Are Being Issued By Local Offices Across The Tennessee Valley And Mid-Atlantic. In Addition...Freezing Rain Advisories Are Being Issued For The Extreme Western Portions Of The Mid-Atlantic...And Portions Of The Deep South.

As The Front Moves To The Northeast On Friday...The Mixed Precipitation Will Begin To Fall Especially North Of The Front. As The System Continues To Approach The Mid-Atlantic...Much Of The Precipitation Will Be Light Snow As Temperatures Were Already Well Below Freezing. Once This Frontal System Pushes Offshore... Precipitation Will Begin To Wind Down And End By Saturday Morning.

A Frontal System Will Finally Break The Stagnant Pattern That The
West Has Been Experiencing And Bring Rain And Snow For The Higher Elevations Along The Northern Pacific Region.

The Front Will Move Onshore By Friday...And Quickly Moves Inland On Saturday. Even As The Front Moves Inland...Precipitation Will Continue To Fall All Around This Region For The Next Few Days.

In Addition To This...A Trof Located Off The Southern California Coast Accompanied With An Upper Level Low Will Slowly Shift Eastward And Bring Unsettled Weather To Southern California And The Desert Southwest. Light To Moderate Rain Is Expected Across This Region...And Snow Will Fall In The Higher Elevations.
