A new Tropical Storm in the Atlantic Ocean is producing 40 mile-per-hour winds, but is not expected to pose a threat to land.
As of the 4am Central advisory on Tuesday, October 22, 2013, Tropical Storm Lorenzo was producing sustained winds of 40 miles per hour.
The storm was over seven hundred miles to the east-southeast of Bermuda and moving to the east-northeast at eight miles per hour.
According to the National Hurricane Center, the storm is not likely to gain strength in the next two days and should not pose a threat to any major islands or countries.
