Post-Tropical Cyclone Humberto Is Located About 1000 Miles Southwest Of The Azores.

Although Shower And Thunderstorm Activity Has Diminished During The Past Several Hours...The Cyclone Has A Well Defined Circulation And Is Producing Tropical-Storm-Force Winds Northeast Of The Center.

Conditions Are Forecast To Become More Favorable For Regeneration Into A Tropical Cyclone In A Day Or Two.

This System Has A High Chance...70 Percent...Of Becoming A Tropical Cyclone Again During The Next 48 Hours As It Moves Toward The West Or West-Northwest At About 10 Mph.

Conditions Are Expected To Remain Favorable For Regeneration For A Couple Of Days After That...And This System Has A High Chance...90 Percent...Of Becoming A Tropical Cyclone During The Next Five Days.
