The second Tropical Depression of the 2013 Atlantic Season is slowly moving towards parts of southern Mexico as of Wednesday morning.
The government of Mexico has issued Tropical Storm Warnings for parts of Southern Mexico early Wednesday Morning as Tropical Depression Two moves closer to parts of that country’s coastline.
