SHORT TERM [Monday Through Tuesday]...
The strong deep layer ridging just off the eastern seaboard will
weaken somewhat and allow the cold front currently cutting through
the Lower Mississippi Valley to slowly advance to the east. The
front is forecast to stall late Monday across our western
becoming quasi-stationary through the remainder of the short term
period as it gets hung up in the deep southwest flow. As a result we
will see PoPs tapered from chance NW to silent 10%/nil southeast
Monday through Tuesday with light QPF. Above normal temps to
continue along with areas of fog developing Monday night.
