SHORT TERM [Tuesday Through Wednesday Night]...After the Weakening
Cold Front passes through the region tonight, effectively ending the
convective threat, much cooler and slightly drier air will begin to
seep in from the NW. However, this frontal passage is not expected
to be "clean" at all, as the front is fcst to stall just to our
south, with isentropic lift gradually bringing back light to
moderate rain into the area on Tuesday into Wednesday evening,
before High Pressure and the cooler and drier air finally take hold
late Wednesday Night into Thursday. High Temps will range from the
Upper 50s to the NW to the Lower 70s over the SE FL Big Bend on
Tuesday, with more widespread mid to upper 50s on Wed. (except for a
few lower to mid 60s across the far SE Big Bend. Lows will also be
trending downward with lows ranging from the lower 40s NW to the
lower 50s SE on Tuesday Night, with mid 30s NW to mid 40s SE on Wed.
Night.
