The Cntrl Gulf Coast Region Where Residual Moisture And A Cool
Pocket Aloft Will Create Weak Instability.

Elsewhere...Relatively Zonal Flow Will Exist Over The Wrn States...With A Plume Of Moisture From Cntrl/Nrn Ca Into The Great Basin. Precipitation In This Region May Be Convective At Times...But Lightning Strikes Should Be Sparse.
