A Fairly Intense Cluster Of Storms Embedded Within This Band -- From Srn Ms Ewd Into Srn Al -- Continues To Exhibit At Least Transient Rotation...With A Few Persistent Mesocyclones Ongoing. With Mixed-Layer Cape Around 500 J/Kg Near And S Of This Convection And A Wind Field /Per Evening Slidell Raob And Area Vwps/ Supportive Of Strongly Rotating Updrafts...Potential For Tornadoes Continues...Along With Locally Gusty/Damaging Winds And Occasional Hail.

Later Tonight...High-Resolution Convection-Allowing Models Suggest
