NEAR TERM [through Tonight]...
Weak surface high pressure will continue to hold across the region
tonight and support clear/dry conditions and generally light winds.
This should allow temperatures to drop quickly after sunset and,
despite the seasonably warm afternoon Sunday, support minimum
temperatures near normal in the upper 30s to around 40 overnight.
