NEAR TERM [Through Tonight]...
The warm day today has panned out close to expectations. As of
2:30pm EST, the high at Tallahassee *so far* has been 80 degrees.
Skies should stay mostly clear to partly sunny through the
evening, with overnight lows falling close to what was observed
this morning (albeit a couple degrees warmer). With global models
and high-res models all indicating a dry forecast through 12z
Thursday, all of the mentions of rain showers have been removed
from the forecast. A surge of low-level moisture from the Atlantic
and east coast of Florida late tonight may allow for an increase
in cloud cover after 06z in the eastern third of the area.
