First FREEZE expected on Saturday NIGHT...

NEAR TERM [Through Tonight]...

At upper levels, a TROUGH will shift eastward over the Atlantic
ocean and higher PRESSURE will build over the southeast. At the
surface, the HIGH pressure over the area will continue to move
eastward. This pattern will render mostly clear skies over our local
forecast area for Thanksgiving Day and overnight tonight. Highs
today will be in the LOW to MID 70s and lows overnight will be in
the mid 30s to lower 40s, higher along the immediate coast. With
fairly high relative humidities and lows in the low 30s, patchy
FROST may occur in Madison, Lafayette, and Dixie counties, and the
easternmost portion of Taylor county.
