MARINE...
A weak surface trough will settle along the northern Gulf Coast
for the next several days. This will keep winds and seas mostly
low and onshore. By Thursday, a stronger storm system will
approach from the west and increase winds to near cautionary
levels. Light to moderate offshore flow will return on Friday
before becoming easterly into the weekend.
