MARINE...
Winds have fallen below headline criteria at this hour, however,
seas are a bit slower to subside. Advisory seas are expected to
continue out past 20nm until sunset. Thereafter, seas will fall
through cautionary levels to below headline criteria by morning
tomorrow. Headline conditions are not anticipated through early
next week as high pressure will remain close enough to the
northwestern Gulf of Mexico.
