MARINE...
SCEC conditions are expected to develop overnight, and winds may
approach 20 knots in some portions of the coastal waters. However,
the forecasted coverage and duration of 20 knot winds is not
sufficient to warrant a Small Craft Advisory at this time. After a
lull with light winds due to a surface ridge from Tuesday Night to
early Friday, another period of elevated winds will set in around
the next cold front from late Friday into Saturday. Advisory-level
winds are more probable behind this second cold front.
