Marine Update

MARINE...
Surface high pressure will build east over the waters this evening
and then move off the Atlantic coast on Wednesday. Winds will be
light through this period while seas gradually subside. Onshore
winds will begin to increase Wednesday night ahead of an approaching
frontal system. Cautionary conditions will be possible by Thursday
morning over the western legs. Strong advisory levels winds will
overspread the waters on Thursday as winds veer to the southwest.
Winds will then shift to offshore after cold frontal passage
Thursday afternoon and evening. Gale force gusts will be possible
during this period. Winds will then remain elevated, not dropping
below headline criteria until Saturday. Light offshore winds will
then persist through the weekend.
