MARINE...
Light to moderate onshore winds will shift to the northwest from
west to east across the Coastal Waters overnight, behind the passage
of the Cold Front. Offshore winds will then continue through at
least Wednesday, with a good possibility of Cautionary Conditions on
Wednesday into Thursday.
