MARINE...
Southerly winds will be on the increase late tonight and Monday
ahead of a cold front. Some SCEC winds (15-20 knots) may be
possible Monday morning west of Apalachicola. The winds then veer
with the cold front passage Monday Night and a prolonged period of
breezy offshore flow sets up for the remainder of the week.
