LONG TERM [Saturday through Tuesday]...
Little has changed, as we still expect a mostly uneventful period
with the main story being the continuation of the well above
normal temps through the period. With Upper Level Ridging
regaining control after a weakening Trof passes through the region
mid-week, High Temps are expected to continue to rise into the
middle to upper 70s each day (which is about 10 degrees above
climo), so have adjusted this fcst upward accordingly. Lows will
be quite mild as well, with still no additional cold air in sight.
Although a few light showers may be possible over the upcoming
weekend, it appears that the next significant chance of rain will
not be until later on Tuesday, with the potential for a more
vigorous Low Pressure System to approach the region from the west.
Have added thunderstorms to the grids to account for this
