HYDROLOGY...
Although localized flooding occurred north of the Tri-State region
yesterday, it remained outside of any basins that would drain into
the local area. Thus, with local rainfall amounts only ranging
from .5 to 1.5 inches or so, significant river rises are not
expected for the foreseeable future.
