The Flow Aloft Will Be Zonal Today With The Surface Ridge Over The
Eastern Gulf Continuing To Slide To The East.

The Resulting Onshore Flow Will Bring Increasing Low Level Moisture And Warmer Temps This Weekend.

Meanwhile, A Shortwave Currently Over Mexico Will Deamplify As It Lifts To The Northeast Across The Western Gulf On Sunday And Over The Tri-State Region Sunday Night.

Deep Layer Moisture And Decent Upper Level Energy Will Accompany This Feature To Bring A Chance Of Rain To Most Of Our Area During The Sunday/Sunday Night Time Frame.

The Best Chance For Rain Will Be Sunday Night With Pops Tapered From Southwest (40%) To Northeast (Silent 10%).
