Beach & Marine Forecast thru Jan 24

Weak high pressure will dominate the region into Monday.

As a result winds and seas will continue to subside.

A stronger high over the southeast will become reinforced by a surge of Arctic air moving south from Canada.

This will push a dry cold front south into the waters Monday night into Tuesday.

In its wake...light onshore winds will shift to moderate offshore through mid week.

By Thursday...the high shifts east and local winds veer and relax.
