A weak upper system will cross the area tonight...leading to a modest increase in offshore winds late tonight.

After weakening during the day on Sunday...a similar offshore surge is expected late Sunday night.

Onshore flow will develop late Monday night into Tuesday as a weak area of low pressure crosses the waters.

This will be followed by offshore flow on Wednesday.
