Beach & Marine Forecast thru Dec 28

Winds and seas will increase to moderate levels Monday ahead of an approaching frontal system.

This front will stall north of the coastal waters Monday night as a strong low pressure system begins to develop in Texas.

Advisory conditions...along with showers and thunderstorms...are likely Tuesday as Tuesday night as a strong cold front moves east across the coastal waters.

The rain will end after the winds shift from southwest to northwest behind the cold front on Wednesday...but advisory conditions will likely persist until at least Wednesday night.

Much lower winds and seas are expected late this week.
