Winds and seas will increase Monday night and Tuesday...perhaps even reaching exercise caution levels at times Tuesday night through Wednesday...as a rather strong high pressure system develops along the U.S. East Coast and shifts southward into the northeast Gulf region...while a broad weak low pressure system develops in the Bay of Campeche.
