Aviation Update

[Through 18Z Wednesday] Low ceilings and rain will be the main
concern over the next 24 hours. With lots of moisture in the area
from the passing cold front and isentropic lift helping to
increase pops from 30-40 percent this afternoon to 80 percent by
tomorrow morning. Showers are already starting near the gulf coast
and will work their way North and East throughout the rest of
period. Thus all sites will remain at least at MVFR levels. IFR
conditions for KTLH, KECP, and KVLD are anticipated to return, as
the rain is expected to be heavier in the southern portions of the
