[Through 18Z Tuesday] Unsettled weather this evening as scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms spread off the Gulf and from west
to east across the region ahead of a cold front. This will bring
MVFR conditions for most sites, with deteriorating ceilings and
visibilities overnight as low clouds/fog develop. IFR, including
some LIFR, conditions can be expected to marginal improvement early
tomorrow.
