AVIATION [Beginning 20Z Thursday]...
High pressure across the region will render unlimited cigs and
therefore VFR conditions through the period. Winds will be light and
from the north for most of the terminals. The exception being at
KECP where some onshore FLOW is expected to develop in the
afternoon. Winds will begin to increase and become northwest at the
end of the period ahead of a dry cold front which will pass through
Friday night.
