[Through 18Z Friday] For discussion about trends in cloud cover, see
the near term/short term discussion above. MVFR/IFR mix will reduce
to solid IFR ceilings at all terminals once again tonight. IFR
conditions will be slow to clear tomorrow morning, however, there
are indications that we may see a bit more scattering (possibly to
VFR levels) tomorrow afternoon.
