AVIATION [through 18Z Wednesday]...
Low clouds will return to all terminals by SUNRISE Wednesday as
moist northeasterly flow develops. The cloud deck will spread from
east to west, with cigs generally dropping to around BKN015. These
conditions are LIKELY to persist through at least midday on
Wednesday.
